1. Cancellations by the Customer

More than 24 hours before the appointment

Free cancellation or reschedule. No fee will be charged. Simply contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to cancel or change your appointment.

Within 24 hours of the appointment

A short-notice fee of 50% of the estimated service cost may apply. This covers the time already allocated and any travel costs incurred by our team. We use our discretion for genuine emergencies — please contact us as soon as possible.

No-show or inaccessible property

If our team arrives at the property at the agreed time and is unable to gain access (no key, no answer, or access denied), the full service fee may be charged. Please ensure someone is available or leave a key if needed.

2. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge, subject to availability, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Same-day reschedule requests are treated the same as short-notice cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Regular / Recurring Cleaning Customers

For customers with ongoing weekly or fortnightly bookings:

  • You may skip one clean per month (with 24 hours' notice) without charge
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations (more than 2 in any 8-week period) may result in a review of your booking arrangement
  • To permanently end a regular cleaning contract, please give us 2 weeks' notice

4. End of Tenancy & One-Off Bookings

For end of tenancy cleans and large one-off bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment
  • Cancellations between 24–48 hours: 25% of the agreed price may be charged
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: up to 50% of the agreed price may be charged
  • Day-of cancellations or no access: full price may be charged

These terms reflect the significant time and resources we allocate to large bookings. We will always try to be fair and reasonable in genuine emergency situations.

5. Cancellations by Marvdom

In rare circumstances (severe weather, staff illness, vehicle breakdown), we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In this case:

  • We will contact you as soon as possible — always before the appointment time
  • We will offer the next available slot at no extra charge
  • If we cannot rebook within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued
  • We will not charge any cancellation fee

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please contact us as early as possible:

When cancelling, please provide your booking reference number, name, and appointment date and time. Cancellation is confirmed only when you receive acknowledgement from us.

7. Refunds on Cancellation

Pre-paid bookings cancelled within our free-cancellation window will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our for full details.
