1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Marvdom Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") and the booking and provision of cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking.

Online bookings are requests. We will confirm by phone or email within 2 hours during office hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm). You can also book via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled clean.
  • Late cancellation (under 24 hours): A short-notice fee of 50% of the estimated service cost may apply.
  • No-show / access denied: If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, the full service fee may be charged.
  • Our cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are estimates unless otherwise stated. Fixed-price services (e.g. oven clean, fridge clean) are as listed. Hourly services are estimated based on property size; the final price may vary if additional time is required.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept card, bank transfer, and cash.

For card payments, a pre-authorisation may be placed to confirm your booking slot. No charge is taken until the service is complete.

5. Access & Property

You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. All fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items should be secured or removed prior to cleaning.

Please inform us of any known hazards, allergies, or specific requirements before your clean.

6. Damage & Liability

Our team takes every precaution to avoid damage. If damage occurs during a clean, you must notify us within 24 hours. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Marvdom Cleaning Services carries public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already broken, poorly maintained, or not safely secured.

7. End of Tenancy Deposit Guarantee

Our deposit-back guarantee applies where the clean is carried out to the standard required by your letting agent and the property meets reasonable condition. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the clean. T&Cs apply — contact us for full details.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This applies to one re-clean per booking. Refunds are at our discretion.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information solely to manage bookings and deliver services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your contact information may be used to send booking reminders if you opt in. Please contact us to update your preferences at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
